Choose your platform

Each NU GUI product is independently licensed. You only pay for the platforms you use — there is no bundled suite tax.

Licence fee covers capacity

The monthly licence includes your platform access, capacity allocation (channels, DID numbers, or API quota), and the NU GUI core (portal, reporting, fraud controls).

Usage is metered separately

Connected minutes, SMS segments, HLR queries, and data lookups are charged at metered rates agreed at onboarding. No surprises — usage is always visible in real time on your portal.

Invoiced monthly in ZAR

All invoices are issued in South African Rand (ZAR). International clients can pay via SWIFT; domestic via EFT. Volume discounts are applied as rate reductions reviewed quarterly.

Are prices in ZAR?
Yes — all NU GUI services are priced and billed in South African Rand (ZAR). The currency selector on this page shows indicative conversions for reference only; your invoice will always be in ZAR.
What is the difference between a licence fee and usage?
The licence fee is a monthly platform access charge — it covers your allocation of channels, DIDs, or capacity. Usage (connected minutes, SMS segments, API queries) is charged separately at metered rates agreed at onboarding.
Do I need to commit to a contract?
Most products are available month-to-month with a 30-day notice period. Larger deployments (Tier 4–6 CCS, NU TRADE, enterprise SIP) typically include a 12-month SLA for the best rate — your account manager will walk you through options.
Can I trial before committing?
NU CCS includes a free 30-day proof-of-concept for qualifying carriers and resellers. Other products can be trialled in sandbox mode — reach out via the enquiry form and we will set one up within 24 hours.
How are volume discounts applied?
Volume discounts are negotiated at onboarding based on committed monthly traffic. They are applied as a rate reduction on usage charges and reviewed quarterly.
What payment methods do you accept?
EFT / bank transfer is the primary method for ZAR invoices. We also accept SWIFT for international clients (billed in ZAR). Card payments are available for smaller accounts via the portal wallet top-up.
